Although the bite has slowed down, anglers have capitalized on morning catfish bite. Stripers for the most part have been slow but the smaller grades stripers (3/4 ‘16) have been biting nonstop using night crawlers.

Carp: Poor
Catfish: Excellent
Crappie: Poor
Striper: Excellent
Trout: Poor

The Catfish have been on a relentless bite these last few days! Multipe double-digit catfish have been caught off of the marina dock and in various coves. There was a 10lb striper caught off of marina with a chunk of sardine. Good signs of larger fish are starting to show up on the marina dock, striper and catfish. The marina dock has been excellent fishing for catfish as well as smaller grade stripers. Small chunks of sardines with a split-shot has been the ticket these last few days. Rental and personal boats have been catching 1.5lb to 3lb striper in miller canyon as well as the Dam.
