The stripers are still biting good. Stripers are being caught on lures cast at shore, lures trolled and on sardines and nightcrawlers. The largemouth bass seems to be picking up a bit. Bass are being caught on dropshot and split shot in 15 to 35ft. Roboworms are working good. The catfish have been biting chicken liver, mackerel anchovies and nightcrawlers. Trout fishing has been slow.

Fishing at pyramid is good for stripers. Schools of stripers are cruising the shoreline in shallow water. Covering water and throwing weighted flukes and jerkbaits is working good. The stripers are also eating sardines in 5 to 50 ft. The largemouth bass and smallmouth bass have been tough but people are catching them on lures and plasics fished in 5 to 25ft, Catfish have been biting pretty good on anchovies, chicken liver and night crawlers in 20 to 50 ft....... Fishing at Pyramid is good right now the stripers are biting good on jerkbaits and flukes casting in shallow water. Trolling shad pattern baits has also been working good for the stripers. The bait bite for stripers is picking up. Sardines, anchovies, and nightcrawlers have been working good. The catfish bite is picking up. Anchovies and nightcrawlers have been working good.
