Saturday, March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, is New Moon Fishing! Lake Jennings will be open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. Remember to have full size lanterns after 5:00 p.m.

1,500 lbs. of Rainbow Trout were delivered to the lake last week and another 1,700 lbs. will be stocked next week in preparation for Spring Carnival!

Trout are reported deep near Cactus Patch and Sentry Cove, so rent a boat and get trolling!

The bass bite has been getting crazy out here. Shadow and Siesta Cove were the most productive last weekend and a few large bass were caught, even a 7 lb. 8 oz. one!

New hours at the lake start today! The lake is open Friday-Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and the campground shoreline is open for shore fishing 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the rest of the week.

The LJ Spring Carnival is next Saturday, March 24th. Bring your kiddos, grandkids or your neighbors out for a fun day of fishing in the kids pond, egg hunts, free food and paddleboating! Come join in all the fun from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.!

Spring Break starts next Friday! March 23rd through April 8th the lake will be open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Free boat launches on Tuesdays, March 27th and April 3rd!
