Stardust is heading in from an awesome 1/2 day trip. We caught a lot of different species today and some interesting ones as well. We had great weather forecasted for today so we headed out and set our minds on fishing some surface action. The first portion of our day gave us a ton of barracuda, calico bass and sand bass, most of which were just a bit to short and we’re safely released.

After we fished for a while putting some keepers on board we headed in a bit shallower to finish off or day and the fishing was also very good in there. More bass on fly lined baits along with ocean whitefish, some rockfish and even a trigger Fish. Our weather stayed flat calm all day and our passengers had a blast pulling up fish steadily all day long.

For our 23 anglers we caught 54 rockfish, 6 barracuda with 54 released, 7 calico bass with 65 released, 8 sand bass with 45 released, 25 ocean white fish, 8 sheepshead and 1 trigger fish.
