!!!!! CACHUMA LAKE FALL TROUT PLANT HAS ARRIVED!!I! 4OOO POUNDS!!I

4000 pounds of beautiful rainbow trout have been stocked this week ranging from 1/2 a pound to whopping 8 pound trophies!! Trout are being caught on various baits like drifting a knight crawler near the dam or trolling those open coves with a Kastmaster or smaller cd3 rapalas. Throwing rooster tails and floating powerbait are also good ways to
land on of those whoppers!

The crappie bite is still there but slowing down. Structures are producing most of the crappie bites.

Catfish are being caught regularly with mackeral on bottom or even striking some rattletraps on the relrieve!

The bass bite has slowed with the water temp dropping. Finesse flshing is best like a dropshot or nouncing chatterbaits along those rocky walls and off of those shallow points.
