Good afternoon everyone! The spotlight today is on Darryl Nakamura today for the 6lb bass he pulled out of lake 7 over the weekend! The bass bite has been hitting good and hasn't slowed down. There has been action on all the lakes, however, lake 5 still seems to be producing the best results. The best bait to use right now for bass are spinners, crankbaits, and swimbaits. Top water has seen a lot of success in the evening also!

We just stocked Lakes 4 and 7 with 500 lbs. of catfish each this last Friday. Our next stock will be on August 18th. Catfish have been biting well still. The best bait to be using are stinkbait, shrimp, mackerel, cut up hot dogs, and night crawlers! Keep in mind that there is only 1 night fishing event left as well! The last night fishing event will be on August 17th.

If you have any kids that want to learn how to fish the bluegill are biting right now and they're the perfect fish to try and catch when showing them the ropes. Wax worms work really well or other tiny sized baits.

Plenty of action and fun events coming up so make sure to come on out!

If you're feeling hungry while you're out here fishing stop on by Angry Pete's Pizza! Located next door to the general store they serve Pizza, sandwiches, burgers, sweets, and beer! We hope to see you out here!
