WICKED WEATHER AND WICKED WALLEYES - Report by Capt. John

Great job Capt. John and crew on Special-Eyes IV!  April, April, April - fun fishing, but you just never know about this weather.

What a day on the lake, started out jigging then made a group decision to go out and cover some water. It was a grind for us but we managed to pull 25 of there needed 30. Winds switched on what seemed like 10 times, its out of the West, no wait its out of the South, nope its out of the East.

Once we figured out that they wanted it SLOOOOOOOOOW @ 1.4 - 1.5mph & 5 trolling bags later to get the 299 Baha down to that speed we had somewhat of a steady pick until the winds started swirling on us making it very difficult to stay on an active bite. We stayed fairly dry throughout the day with all the scattered storms and showers that moved through today but once the winds started to really kick we Decided to pick up and make our way back to the dock.

Special-Eyes 4 is done now until Thursday hoping for better weather.
