Gary Smith caught a 22.1 lb catfish using Nightcrawlers at Otay Arm. The Crappie bite has been good in Harvey's Arm from the second aerator to the parachure landing zone. The Bass bite has been picking up in Harvey's and Otay Arms. Plastics and shiners have been the most effective bait. The catfish bite on large Blue lungers in Otay Arm has been picking up.
