PROVO RIVER, MIDDLE: (December 11) Egg imitations and small, dark flies are your best bets.. Bait is allowed in the stretch from above Charleston Bridge to the Midway Lane Bridge. Please stay off of spawning areas and read the Utah Fishing Guidebook for the special regulations that apply to different sections of the river

Flaming Gorge Reservoir (UT & WY): Trout fishing is good at Flaming Gorge -- Burbot Bash continues
Green River: Green River below Flaming Gorge Dam reports good fishing for Rainbows & Browns
: Pelican Lake is iced over, but the ice is cloudy
Starvation Reservoir: No ice reported on Starvation Reservoir yet
Logan River: Ice is starting to accumulate on Logan River, whitefish fishing is good
Ogden River: Not many anglers on the Ogden as the Browns have stopped spawning
Rockport Reservoir: There are five or more inches of ice covering Rockport Reservoir.
Weber River: Ice has accumulated throughout the Weber River corridor, so use extreme caution.
Lower Provo: You'll find snowy conditions on the Lower Provo River. Angling pressure is light
