This last week fishing has been on fire with the water temperature rising now at 57 degrees at the end of the docks. Stripers have been seen feeding on Trout all along the Lower Narrows later in the day; any trout like lures work best such as Swimbaits or Crankbaits. Trout are still being caught regularly along the East and West Beach and towards the Lower Narrows on nightcrawlers, kastmasters, and mice tails. The Catfish bite is picking up towards the Dam best bait to be use is mackerel and chicken liver. Largemouth and smallmouth bass have been sited bedding along the South End and have been caught in the Lower Narrows to the South End in the shallows with jigs, roboworms, senkos, and night crawlers.

This week has had some storms come through with good weather in between and some great catches as well. This Last week has been a slow week of fishing. Weather is warming up as is the water temperature of 56 degrees at the end of the docks. Trout bite has been consistent using Mice tails, Garlic Power Eggs, and Silver Kastmasters works best along the East Beach and Lower Narrows.
