\ Hi Anglers,

The Seabass bite continues to dominate the most highly sought after Game fish up and down our coast this week.

We have been tied up the past couple of days finishing up our final maintenance before the summer season comes into full swing.

Scores have been INCREDIBLE for our fleet the past couple days, and we are poised to head offshore this week.

Looking at reservations, we have availability this Wednesday night departing at 10pm. We will be targeting Seabass and Halibut.

I believe the all tackle record can easily be topped this season...with a bit of effort...

Are you up to the task?

This past week, Halibut have started to bite, and my instinct tells me that if we are diligent, we can top the ALL TACKLE RECORD set a couple years ago here from CISC.

This weeks trip could be the one!

The Ranger 85 will depart Wednesday night 6/25. Don't miss out!

You can reserve your trips today by clicking here or contacting our office @ 805 382 1612.

Here is a quick run down on what to bring when fishing Seabass.

-Squid catchers for making bait.
-Medium action rod with reel spooled with 25-30lb monofilament line for fishing a dropper loop.
-Medium-light action rod for fishing jigs.
-Hooks 5/0 circle is highly recommended for the dropper loop. 3/0-4/0 standard live bait hooks are recommended for "fly lining".
-Bring a range of sinkers styles and weights from 6oz to 16oz torpedo, and 1/8oz to 3/4oz egg sinkers.
-Fluorocarbon leader is not a bad idea either.
-Jigs, like Salas or Tady surface irons in your favorite color.

We look forward to seeing you onboard,

Capt. Frank
