Fishing News
Catfish and bass were reported this week using sardines for the cat and a Jackson BigRig for the bass. North Shore Day Use and the islands off Chevron Point were the hot spots reported by anglers.

Plenty of fish heads at the fish cleaning station but most anglers are not coming up to share their catches.

Lake Camanche's current elevation is 188.53 ft. above sea level. Water temperature at the launch ramp is approximately 65 degrees and the lake is 34% full. The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f. and the outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 275 c.s.f.

Fishing News Catfish and bass were the reported catches this week at Lake Camanche. Anglers conveyed favorite locations as off the main lake around the new islands, un-named cove off of North shore, South shore day use and out by Hat Island. Favorite baits listed were big night crawlers, blown-up worms, robo worms, and sardines. Weekly Weather Warming into the low and mid 90's but into the upper 90's by Saturday & Sunday.
