Hi to all sportfihing readers Good news at San Quintín, the yellowtail schools arrives around Isla San Martin. We monitored six boats from a minimum of ten that were going to fishing: Rommy, Paloma and Coyote from Pedro\'s Pangas, Nelly Girl and Telly Girl from Tito\'s Pangas, and Fanny III from Gordo\'s Pangas. A number of 15 fishermen were aboard for a total catch of 158 fish; the greatest numbers were 27 yellowtail, 23 bonitos, and 14 barracudas, however assorted bottom fish were great, too: rockcods (reds, bocaccios, brown, starry, rosethorn, kelp, yellowtail, cowcod, flag and scorpionfish), and kelp bass, whitefish, and lingcods.

John Shepherd from San Bernardino, CA (Coyote boat and Captain Pato) said \"Was my first time at San Quintín, and was a great fishing time to me and my five yellowtails, one of 22 pounds\" Thomas Gurrola, Dennis Lim and Jose Nazario aboard Rommy boat with Captain Lilo, they captured five yellows ( up to 20 pounds) plus bonitos and barracudas.

Other boats (Telly Girl and Nelly Girl boats) with captains Tito Aguayo and Elias Cervantes) had a catch of yellowtail (up to 18 pounds), and Fanny III with captain Gordo fished a yellowtail of 25 pounds.
