Colorado River

Our newest local angler Bryan Badali (red shirt) landed a 2.72 pound small mouth at 18 and 3/8 inches while fishing from his boat near the dam. Bryan Badali brought the fish in to get it weighed and then he took it back up to the lake to release it.

Our local angler Tracy Anderson and His Brother Ronald Anderson from Phoenix landed some strippers a limit of trout and one small mouth. They were fishing from kayaks using anchovies.

Our now local anglers Randy and Susan Brown are showing a 9.96 pound striper at 30 inches. this just under ten pound fish was landed by Susan and brought to shore by Randy in a nice surprise. she was fishing from their dock in the upper big bend area fro trout. this striper seemed to like the lure she was using and after about 20 minutes due to the light line it was in.

Local anglers Victor Barnett (gray shirt) and Richard Jenkins were using salmon eggs while fishing from shore in the launch ramp area. there are a lot of great spots that are working well.

We have our Mohave Valley angler Stephen Gregory with a nice stringer of stripers from the needles area. He was fishing from shore using anchovies. the larger ones weighed in at 2.22 pounds and 1.98 pounds with an inch between them one at 19 inches and the other 18 inches

Lino Garcia was fishing above the Avi casino using anchovies and landed his 6.84 pound striper at 27 inches.

We have our local angler Jackson Maki showing a nice rainbow he landed while fishing the shore at Rotary park. He was using night crawlers to bring this trout to the table.
