Keith Fraser at the Loch Lomond Bait and Tackle in San Rafael reported there is quite a few striped bass in the bay with some decent fish in the 5 to 12 pound range.  The sturgeon fishing is in the slow mode but with favorable tides in the forecast the sturgeon fishing will vastly improve.  Many sturgeon have been observed jumping all over the bay.
