Trout plants continue at Lake Camanche with 2700 pounds of Mt. Lassen Hatchery rainbows split between the North Shore, South Shore, and South Shore Pond. And additional 3000 pounds is expected for this week. Trout trollers are having to work hard for limits of rainbows, keeping five for the table.

Striped bass continue to be the main target for anglers fishing the Delta waterways. Field scout report good numbers of fish in the 4 to 8 pound range coming out of Broad Slough, West Island and the flats in front of Eddo Harbor east of the Antioch Bridge by bait dunkers using primarily shad and mudsuckers.
