The fishing on the Klamath River is picking up, and pro guide Mario Gomez of Ironhead Guide Service has been pulling in the CHROME. The fish are starting to stack up in the lower river and its time to BOOK your next fishing excursion. IGS has boats available on most rivers but the Klamath is the top producer right now.

IGS has been having decent success drifting yarn and eggs through all sections of the river. Most days a dozen half pounders and a few nice adults can be expected. The rivers are forecasted to blow out and that should bring our first big surge of winter steelhead up the west coast rivers. The Klamath River Fishing will only get better from here on out and peak in February, but good days will be had through March.
