The water temp. Is between 50-52 degrees, and the inlet water is flowing moderately.  Blue Gills: Medium Action: Blue Gill are still in deeper waters, or off points 10-12 ft. Where they move in for food, like crickets, nightcrawlers and meal worms with a light weight.  A lot of gills caught this week on mini jigs.  Catfish: Low Action: A tough bite this week but try chicken livers at the inlet.  Largemouth Bass: Low to Medium Action: Fish are being caught on more natural style baits after the heavy rain, as well as nightcrawler.  Striped Bass: Medium Action: Tougher bite this week, the cut bait bite has been most productive.  Sink chicken liver in front of the dam.  Trout: Limits caught all week with nightcrawler, and power bait.  All colors work well, especially garlic flavors.  Small power worms brown, orange or blood red colors.  The white mouse-tails, and any small lures Kastmaster, super-duper, paothermartin, rooster tails, The East Bay seem to be getting the most action with the nightcrawler and Salmon flavored power bait.  Next Trout plant will be on 1/30/19
