San Bernardino Park Staff checked in with an update from Pelican Lake today:

Garlic type power baits work very well, also night crawlers have been great along with brightly colored jigs!

When fishing over at Pelican Lake, the north and south side have been hot spots. One Horseshoe Lake the back side by the spill way have been a hot spot.

Backside of lower lake closest to the dam has produced the heaviest stringers of trout. Trout worms in orange, pink, and white on a mini jig or above a drop shot has aided in this weeks success.
