Stripers, bass, catfish and trout have all been biting very well throughout the week all over the lake! People have been catching tons of stripers and catfish from shore, mainly along the rip rap area in front of the boat shop along the channel by the entrance booth using lugworms, nightcrawlers, sardines and chicken liver. Some trout have also been caught in the marina and off of Spanish Point using nightcrawerls and powerbait. The bass bite has been excellent all over the lake, jerk baits, crankbaits and most soft plastic baits either Texas rig or drop shot will do great through the coves and along the walls up shallow.
