We stocked the lake with 1,000 lbs. of catfish the week of June 3rd and another 1,000 lbs. this week too! This brings us to a total of 4,000 lbs. for the season so far! There have even been a few albino catfish in the deliveries! Come on out to boat or shore fish and try your luck on reeling in a few!

Night Fishing is every Friday and Saturday until Labor Day. Remember to bring your full size lantern. They are required after 8:00 p.m.

Catfish were caught over in Hermit Cove and Shadow Cove biting on cut mackerel and chicken livers. Hog Wild Blood dip bait has also been productive this week.

Redear were biting over in Sentry Cove and off the T-dock on nightcrawlers. Try cutting them in half--that's been the secret lately!

Bass around the boat dock were caught using Rapala lures and purple rubber worms. Anglers were catching them in Half Moon Cove in the afternoon using nightcrawlers as well.

Do you visit Lake Jennings often to hike, picnic, or take in the wildlife? An Annual Day Use Pass is available for purchase at the Bait Shop. Just $50 for the entire year gets you access daily to the campground trails and to the entire lake when it is open too!

Rental boats are always available on a first come, first serve basis. We have motorboats, rowboats, kayaks, and paddle boats for rent. Bring your family and friends out for a beautiful day on the lake!
