Our last trout plant was on Thursday, November 7 and have been biting throughout the marina and along the canal but the entrance booth, mainly on powerbait and worms and wait style. Striper fishing has been pretty good around the marina as well but angers are catching stripers by trolling around Chumash Island and up towards the Yellowbar Canyon. Angler shave reported marking on their fish finders anywhere up to 60 feet deep throughout the day back by the dam and up towards Serrano Cove. Both Largemouth and smallmouth have been biting well all around the lake, mainly along the grass lines, various soft palctis have been working along the rip rap and throughout the lake and some anglers have also had luck with various swim baits as well! Worms hooked up drop shot style is always a go to both from shore and off boat when its tough.
