Bobby Wright starts off the 2020 Fat Cat Challenge with a bang!

A huge 64.38 pound “flatty” from the Colorado River caught on February 16.  The fish had a girth of 34.375 inches and was 50.75 inches long.

The catch is being evaluated for the State Catch and Release Record for Flathead on the Colorado River.

Anglers don’t catch fish like these without a ton of effort, knowledge and experience!  Great catch and release Bobby!  This toad will be around for more years to come.
