So I hesitate to jump the gun, but opening up the Marin Charter Boats really looks imminent this time.
   Deckhand Tommy was at it again today on a private boat. LIMITS !! Secret spot... close to home though. 8 fish for 4 people. Don’t have exact weights but the pics should speak for themselves.
   Limited loads !! It’s gonna fill up quick here !!!
