Paddy Hoping

Hello everyone;  Well today we did some paddy hoping.  We saw kelp,

after kelp,

after kelp.

Believe me there was not shortage of kelp today.  But with that problem you have lots of vacancy.  Very few kelps today were holding any fish, and most of the one’s we did stop on had small Yellowtails.

But all is not lost, we did find a couple of kelps that had some 12 to 20 pound Yellowtail and 18 to 25 pound Yellowfin tuna.  All in all today was a very, very long day.

We didn’t see the Bluefin schooling up today, so we are hoping tomorrow will bring some biting Bluefin tuna.  Weather today was good, with 8 to 10 knots of breeze, sunny, and most of the day was warm.  We have one full day, and we are hoping to finish with a bang.  So until tomorrow, wish us luck.  Team R/p

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
