After 15 years of waiting the lake was stocked with 2,000 lbs. of trout, some are of size to keep but most are still small. However it has made for a fun week! Kids are catching on the shoreline all over the place. Shad are running like crazy and the feeding frenzy has begun. Crappie, catfish and largemouth bass are all doing well.

I was personally out on a bait this weekend and saw fish brought in everywhere, all coved, the narrows, by the dam, all different depths and techniques. Fishing is good to say the least.
