Reports from Lake Pleasant indicated bass were being caught on crank baits and Senkos. Several caught on drop shot in 10 to 20 feet of water.

At Lake Powell, a recent report from Wayne Gustaveson said that stripers have been holding on the lake bottom from 70-100 feet. When warmer water finally arrives, stripers move to shallower water to bask in the 50-degree water. Unfortunately, there are very few shad, so stripers won’t find much food at the back of the canyon.
