The Fall salmon season has started at the mouth of the Columbia river that is called the famous "Buoy 10" fishery. Big numbers of fish in the hundreds of thousands will enter the Columbia River in the next couple months. Chinook sslmon also know as "King" salmon" are entering the river now and the Coho salmon will follow later in the month. This is a epic salmon fishery in the Pacific Northwest.
