The Madison River is where you will find me now. I might be fishing PMD's on the Park's stretches during the late afternoon, or evening caddis times too. Salmon flies will come off this week. If I decide to fish below Quake Lake I'll be sitting on pockets and pools watching for big fish rising to afternoon bwo's and midges. Late day caddis are just now showing on the river below Raynolds. Expect this activity to strengthen daily. Best flies for fishing the hatches include the #14 Mini Hot Caddis, Baetis Sparkle Duns and Zelon Midges. For nymphing have Micro Madison Baetis, Split Case BWO's and rubber leg stone nymphs.

Stop in now and check out our new selection of streamers. Aaron continues to fish them below $3 Bridge and is taking some enormous browns of late.
