Hello everyone. Sorry our last couple of fish counts haven't made it on here, but they were awesome! We finished a 2 day trip with limits of BFT up to 50#, 7 size WOW YFT, and 1 lone Dorado. Our next trip was for 3 fish per angler, with a standout BFT of a whopping 70#, and a very close YFT of 60#! We haven't seen fish of this grade, consistently caught in quite some time. I mean that it is not just one boat, all the boats are seeing this grade of fish. We are back at it Sunday night, with a couple of runs before going back out to target the big BFT! They are still around and we are going back for some redemption! 2-5 with fish up to 160# is good, but we want more! September is right around the corner, and it will definitely be a great month! Did someone say Wahoo??? We should see really good kelp fishing for Dorado, and hopefully some of those toothy critters we enjoyed last summer. Either way it is time to get out and go fishing.
