Captain Shawn Steward checked in late last night with an update from the Aloha Spirit out of Channel Islands Sportfishing in Oxnard, CA.
Captain Pat O'Brien ran the boat today and they landed 13 of the "size large" yellowtail today out of 30-35 hookups to go with 16 bonito for 16 anglers on a charter.
Can't stress it enough to bring a 40-60 pound outfit with you along with a couple lighter outfits.
We will check in tomorrow.

The Aloha Spirit runs 5 AM trips out of CISCOs in Oxnard. We target White Seabass, Calico Bass, Yellowtail and Halibut when available. We also will run Rockfish and Lingcod Specials. Call CISCOs at (805) 382-1612 or BOOK ONLINE.
