Captain Shawn Steward checked in tonight from the Aloha Spirit. Today was pretty tough fishing for us over all but ended up scratching a day together. Saw a few nice schools and an Opah which was very unexpected.
FISH COUNT: 1 California Yellowtail, 5 Ocean Whitefish, 1 California Sheephead, 1 California Scorpionfish, 83 Rockfish, 1 Opah, 1 Lingcod
Hopefully we can land what we hook tomorrow.
The Aloha Spirit runs 5 AM trips out of CISCOs in Oxnard. We target White Seabass, Calico Bass, Yellowtail and Halibut when available. We also will run Rockfish and Lingcod Specials. Call CISCOs at (805) 382-1612 or BOOK ONLINE.
