Heading in from the islands on our 3/4 day trip aboard the Coral Sea. We had no wind, but a huge swell and lots of current which made Fishing tough.

We started out in Deepwater looking for lingcod and did not get any. We started working our way shallower and it was a slow pick all day. What we did manage to catch was really nice quality, but the numbers were not like normal. What did work the best was the sardine. We caught a few on the plastics and the squid but you had to have something live moving around.

Our 12 anglers ended up with 75 rock fish, 4 Ling’s, 15 ocean whitefish, 2 Cabazon.

We are A GO 1/2 day fishing tomorrow with a light load JUST SHOW UP!!! Please make a reservation for our weeks 3/4 day trips Monday-Wednesday by calling SEA Landing or book online. The Stardust has room on it’s three-quarter day tomorrow leaving at 7 AM you can JUST SHOW UP ‭(805) 963-3564‬
