Another GREAT day of fishing in Cabo San Lucas. John Tibbs finishes off his fourth day of fishing on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. By catching & releasing a 100 lb. STRIPED MARLIN. It is caught on a live Pacific Mackerel and takes 35 minutes to get to the boat. On their second day on the EL BUDSTER II. Bryan Woodrow and his daughter Sage have a day to remember. They combine to catch & release FIVE STRIPED MARLIN. ( 80 - 100 - 120 - 130 - 160 lbs. ) Two were caught by Bryan and three by Sage. They were all caught on live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting times were ( 20 - 35 - 45 - 45 - 50 min. ) All the STRIPED MARLIN were caught 14 - 16 miles straight out from Cabo.The water temp. was 76 - 78 degrees.

Back on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. The John Tibbs party catches and releases two more STRIPED MARLIN. ( 50 & 120 lbs. ) The first was caught on a green & blue lure. The second was caught on a live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting times were 20 & 45 minutes. On the EL BUDSTER II. Recent Alpine, CA hight school graduate Sage Woodrow catches a very nice 50 lb.
