Mercury Marine and the IGFA recently hosted a Family Fishing Clinic at the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum. IGFA Education Director Dave Matagiese said the Mercury Marine Pro Team was on site to teach kids young and old about the great sport of fishing and what it takes to land monster fish.

"We had over 300 kids and their families come to the event where they learned about outboard maintenance, proper casting techniques and how to throw a cast net," said Matagiese.
He said the IGFA plans to hold other Family Fishing Clinics with Mercury Marine in the future so check the www.igfa.org website for updates.
