Bluefin Fishing

There were some nice bluefin counts on boats returning this morning:
  • The Tribute returned from their 1.5 Day trip with limits of bluefin for their 32 anglers.
  • The Aztec returned from their 2.75 Day trip with 60 bluefin for their 24 anglers, including a 175 pounder and a 250 pounder.
  • The Poseidon had 90 bluefin for their 20 anglers on a 3.5 Day trip, with one fish weighing in at 225 pounds.

The TRIBUTE's 1.5 day wrapped up a great trip with 64 Bluefin Tuna and a Shortbill Spearfish. Whopper for their trip taped out at 215 pounds with the bulk of the fish at 40-80 pounds.
