Fishing on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. Steve Combs from Portland, OR catches and releases a 70 lb. SAILFISH. It was caught on a live Caballito and takes 25 minutes to get to the boat. It was caught at the Jiame Bank. The water temp. was 84 - 86 degrees.
