The fishing continues to be better up the coast due to the red tide that has come in near Capitola and below. The anglers who found the patches of green water in Capitola did catch some nice Halibut. There were some nice Halibut, Lingcod, and Rock fish caught near 4 Mile and Davenport. The wind has been down all morning.
