Pedro's Pangas Weekly Fish Report 03-23-2007

This fish report is from Pete Hillis reporting out of Pedro's Pangas, San Quintin, Baja Mexico for the weekend of March 23, 2007.
The famous San Quintin winds blew on and off like crazy??this week.?? Anglers that braved the winds were successful getting out of the bay and??scored some great catches at the 180 spot and the 15 fathom.
Captain Hector took the Rommy out??to the 180.?? Fishing with him was a group out of Santee, CA comprised of Andy McDuffee, Michael Barton, and Michael Barton, Jr.?? They managed to load up on nice rock cod, a few lings, and some giant squid.?? While out there, we received reports that one private boat brought in a white seabass in the mouth of the bay at approximately 45 lbs.?? Unfortunately,??our boats couldn't duplicate the catch and??it was the only one we have a report on.
