This fish report is from Pete Hillis reporting out of Pedro's Pangas, San Qjintin, Baja Mexico for the weekend ending March 4, 2007.

Winds came to town on Tuesday through Thursday, but settled down Friday for a good weekend of fishing.?? Talking to Captain Hector via telephone on Sunday morning, we had three boats go out on Saturday and Sunday.?? All boats fished the 15 fathom and the 240 spot and averaged three yellowtail per boat, 16 to 20 lbs.?? They also had limits of large rock cod and ling cod and a few white fish.?? The giant squid are still around but after one or two, the boats are moving to get away from them.??

Baja Tourism will have a booth at the Fred Hall Tackle Show in Long Beach and San Diego.?? I'll be a booth on and off both weekends.?? Hope to you and your readers there.
