The inshore fishing was good for Halibut near Capitola and the Cement Ship in 40-60 feet of water. There have been some Sea Bass caught in the same area using Squid and Mackrel. The Salmon was slow but there were a few caught near 3 Trees in 170 feet of water. The Blue fin anglers saw some jumpers at 36'26/122'00 and 36'40/122'02. I did not hear if anyone was able to hook up. The wind was down all morning.
