Catfishing extravaganza around here.. all under 15 pounds so no record breakers but biting like crazy. The bluegill are hitting on red worms about 10 feet from the shore line. Bass are marking from the top to the bottom but a very slow bite. I have heard a lot fo top water frog hits but no good landings. Crappie are here and there but not anything to ride home about. The water temperature is warm on the surface and still an unusual greenish color. The weed line is still thick along most edges of coves and were are holding water some where around 77 %.

Fish are making deep around 35 feet. Baby grebes are nesting and hatching so show respect for their space and enjoy the adorable...... Read More

Bass are hiding in a deep dark coroner somewhere. The bass bite has slowed greatly. Chatter baits in the shady spots landed a decent 4 pounder, best we have heard all week. Bluegill are hitting like cause if the weather isn’t too blistering hot. ...... Read More
