The water conditions are slowly improving now that the swells and winds have calmed down. There have been a few nice Halibut caught near the Mile Buoy, Capitola, and Pajaro. The majority of Halibut are being caught in 65-80 feet of water. The bay is still full of Anchovies so we should see more action soon. There will be no more regulation books available so you have to get all new regulations on the D.F.W. web site!
