The upper D is a bit fast still, but flows are dropping and should be clearing up. This is fast water, big nymph or streamer time.
Or you can do what everyone does and fish a dry/dropper rig to your heart’s content. There will be stonefly and caddis coming off.

Nymphs: Prince Nymphs 14-18, Copper John 12-18, Pheasant Tails 16-20, Pickpocket 12-16, Duracell Jig 12-16, and other Euro Nymph Jigs 10-16.
Dries: Stimulators #10-12, Chubbies 6-12, Elk Hair Caddis 12-14.
