The upper Juan is one of the few other winter fisheries in our area. With warmer water coming in from the hot springs, a few fish can be caught midday if you decide you don’t want to ski.
Think nymph rigs and look for the deepest sections. Yes, fish a Euro nymph set up.
Watch for midge hatches
