Blue Sky Cabo – 35' Riviera Blue Water – Captain Oscar – 1 Dorado Caught

October 10, 2026 – 1 Dorado Caught – Cabo Fishing Report

Bobby, a solo angler from Clarksville, Tennessee, booked an eight-hour private fishing charter with Captain Oscar aboard the 35-foot Riviera Blue Water on October 10, 2026. Staying at Solmar Resort, Bobby upgraded from the 32-foot Blue Star to pursue offshore game fish near Cabo San Lucas.

His confirmed catch was one dorado taken on deck bait near San Cristobal. Marlin were also observed in the area, but none struck.

Cabo Fishing Charter – San Cristobal Action

The charter departed IGY Marina at 6:00 AM.

Bobby's primary objective was blue marlin. Captain Oscar directed the offshore fishing operation along Cabo's Pacific coastline, where marlin sightings added interest to the outing.

The successful catch came when Bobby landed a dorado using deck bait near San Cristobal.

Although marlin were visible, no hookups occurred. Their species was not confirmed.

The private charter gave Bobby exclusive use of the vessel and crew throughout the eight-hour trip.
