Cabo Fishing Charter – Sixteen Skipjack and a Jack Crevalle

Skipjack dominated this June Cabo San Lucas fishing report, accounting for 16 of the 17 fish documented during the morning excursion.

Skipjack are fast-swimming members of the tuna family, recognized for their streamlined bodies, schooling behavior, and energetic resistance when hooked. Their presence contributed significantly to the day's recorded fishing activity.

One jack crevalle completed the catch, adding a powerful coastal predator known for its muscular build and determined fighting ability.

Al's family charter included four adults and three children under ten, with Captain Jorge assigned to the Luhrs Blue Star.

Under Blue Sky Cabo's reporting convention, the skipjack were recorded separately from the primary gamefish total.
