One Marlin Highlights This Cabo Offshore Fishing Adventure Aboard the Charter

On July 17, James, Darcy, Michael, and Kurtis joined Blue Sky Cabo Fishing Charters for a private sportfishing excursion aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star.

Their scheduled ten-hour itinerary began at 6:00 AM, with Captain Jorge overseeing the fishing charter. The day's confirmed result was one Marlin, a signature billfish associated with Cabo San Lucas sportfishing.

Marlin are renowned for their strength, speed, and distinctive elongated bills. Their powerful swimming abilities have made them one of the most sought-after offshore gamefish in the waters surrounding Baja California Sur.

The booking included a dredge, a fishing attraction system commonly used in offshore sportfishing. However, the specific techniques that produced the Marlin were not documented.

The available catch record confirms one Marlin without specifying its individual species, size, weight, or release status.

Photographs from the excursion were subsequently shared with the guests, and a Facebook album documented their fishing experience aboard the Blue Star.
