Nine Tuna Catches Highlight This Cabo Morning Fishing Charter

Bill, Lindsey, and Callen joined Captain Jorge aboard the Blue Star for a private Cabo sportfishing excursion scheduled to begin at 6:00 AM.

The five-hour itinerary provided a morning of fishing, with nine fish recorded in the charter's final catch summary.

Seven skipjack accounted for most of the catch, while two additional tuna completed the reported total. The exact species of those two tuna was not identified.

A dredge system was included in the fishing arrangements, although the record does not confirm whether it contributed directly to any of the catches.

Skipjack Dominate the Cabo Tuna Fishing Results for This Private Charter

Skipjack belong to the tuna family and are among the offshore fish encountered in Cabo San Lucas fishing waters.

For Bill, Lindsey, and Callen, the August 4 outing produced seven skipjack and two tuna, making skipjack the dominant catch category.

The available record does not specify individual fish weights, fishing techniques, exact hookup times, release details, or particular offshore fishing grounds.

The nine-fish total documents a tuna-focused morning aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star, adding another confirmed result to Blue Sky Cabo's August 2025 fishing records.
