Marlin and Bonita Bring Variety to This Cabo Morning Fishing Charter

Monica and Allen joined Blue Sky Cabo Fishing and Tours for a private December 18 fishing trip aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star.

Their reservation featured a six-hour morning schedule, beginning at 6:00 AM and concluding at noon, with Captain Jorge assigned to the vessel.

The confirmed catch included one marlin and one bonita, representing two different types of offshore gamefish during the same outing.

The marlin provided the billfish component of the catch, while the bonita added a smaller tuna-like species to the recorded results.

This mixed-species combination distinguishes the charter from outings focused exclusively on marlin or dorado.

A Mixed-Species Catch Adds to Cabo December Fishing Charter Records

The December 18 outing contributes another documented entry to the historical Cabo fishing reports.

For anglers researching Cabo marlin fishing, the recorded marlin provides a billfish result from the December 2024 season. The additional bonita adds variety to the catch, reflecting two species documented during the scheduled charter.

The available fishing record does not specify the exact marlin species, individual fish weights, or release outcomes.

With Monica and Allen as the two confirmed guests, the Blue Star's six-hour reservation produced a final recorded tally of two fish.

Captain Jorge's assignment aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star and the confirmed catch of one marlin and one bonita complete this historical Cabo San Lucas sportfishing record.
